Based on an award winning script The Blue Light, Phoenix Falling is now ten years in the making, filmed in over 30 locations (including a a dogfight scene over the South China Sea), sporting a cast of 80, and starring some great talent including Emily Rae (“Little Kate” in LOST and “Rebecca Prince” in The Office), and the accomplished British film & theatre actress Lesley Staples from Disney’s Calendar Girls.
This was such an intense experience that it now seems unbelievable that it was pulled off without any outside investors or any major hiccups. Just a guy who wanted to be a filmmaker, and his loyal friends. What can I say? I’m humbled. This film will finally be completed, followed by a wrap party that will be heard for miles.
